Can a dog appreciate a sunset? I think they can. This is a painting of my dog Eddie as he gazes out on Castalia Marsh on Grand Manan Island, one of our favorite places. Maybe I put too many human emotions into him, but he really was looking out there for a long time and with such a contemplative attitude.This painting was done especially for an art auction put on by Fatkat Animation studios, care of Dan Helle. The auction was to help support the Miramichi S.P.C.A.
